# Delivery time is from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), from 1 noon to 2 pm / 6:30 pm-7:30 pm.

Return policy
1. Defects or wrong delivery of the product If the product itself is defective or sent incorrectly, please keep the complete package of the product within two days after receiving the product (calculated after the next day after receiving the product), and take photos of the defective or damaged part , Send back photos through the order message communication office, and contact customer service staff for assistance.
Maomao Pet will arrange the correct/new product to you. Please hand the wrong/defective product to the delivery staff during delivery (please use the original packaging to properly package the product, and do not directly paste paper or write on the original packaging Word).
Second, the principle of return
-Due to pet food safety considerations, once the product is opened, it cannot be returned, please forgive me.
-There are two days free return service for the products sold by Mao Mao Pet. The two-day appreciation period refers to the hesitation period instead of the trial period. To avoid contact with sexually transmitted diseases, internal and external parasites, and fungal skin diseases, the products must The product can only be returned when it is unpacked, unused, and re-sold. In order to protect other consumer health and safety issues, if your product has been opened, it cannot be returned.
-The returned product must be packaged intact, complete with accessories, and unopened brand new products (tags, trademarks are intact and uncut, no stains, no water, no modification,); if the product has a zipper bag, packaging film, packaging bag Special packaging such as, carton... etc. also need to be returned intact and undamaged. If there is damage or loss, the product will not be returned. Please take care to avoid affecting your rights and interests in returning the product.
**Please note the following if there are activities
a. Combination of discounted products, if the number of discounted items is not reached after the return, the reserved products will be restored to the original price.
b. If the returned product does not reach the threshold of the full discount and full gift at that time, the discount and gift must also be recovered and returned.
c. If the returned goods do not reach the MOP$300 free shipping threshold or the current event free shipping threshold, the order receivable freight must be deducted from the returned merchandise amount.
If Mao Mao Chong confirms that the product cannot be returned, he will contact you about the reason and handling of the purchase price cannot be returned. Please also pay attention.
3. Return method
-Please log on to the website to inform the customer service staff to return the product, and attach the "recipient's name" and "product photo" and the reason for the return.
